2 Opportunities to learn!
WHAT: Learn how to help others and ourselves (mental health / suicide)
WHEN: October 12, 2023
WHERE: At the Post (1700 West Russell - use the north parking lot and entrance
Two sessions: 10:30am and 1:30pm (same information at each session) In conjunction with the Mental Health Departments of the VA and Avera Hospital, an option of two sessions will be repeated.
Tough subject - yes. Should we all attend - yes. Are you struggling, do you know someone who is, have you been affected by suicide, do you know someone who has been affected by suicide? All good reasons to attend one of these sessions. Be the One - these sessions will allow us to know it is okay to ask the tough questions and make the tough decisions. It does no one any good not to discuss mental health issues....Be the One to start the conversation with your family member or friend.
